Yoga Nidra 4 Part Series

In this series you will be guided through a number of meditation techniques including body scans, guided visualizations and a focused awareness of your breath. Each class will contain an opening talk with optional journaling, accessible yin-yoga practice, an original guided Yoga Nidra experience and a closing talk with optional home journaling exercises.
