Prenatal Yoga Workshop Series

This 4 class series is for any mamma’s to be. All classes are non-heated (though you can take the modifications into your regular Moksha practice if you are choosing to practice during your pregnancy!). Classes run for four Thursday nights 7-8:15 pm beginning May 31st to June 21st. Focus will be on awareness of tone/relaxation of your pelvic floor, strengthening and stretching with modifications for any trimester, body-mind preparation through visualization and breathing and relaxation. EARLY BIRD pricing, purchase by May 17th and save $10. Purchase all 4 classes HERE, or call the studio to register for a single class or less than 4 classes ($25 per class drop in rate).
