This pre-registered, non-heated session offers a Hatha yoga class with modifications, breathing exercises, and the use of props for the pregnant body. Come to nurture yourself and your baby with 60 minutes of stretching and strengthening. Suitable for all mamas to be. $120 for all 6 sessions or $25 per session for drop-ins.

While many women safely enjoy the regular Moksha practice throughout their pregnancies, some find the heat to be uncomfortable, or prefer non-heated during certain trimesters, so this 6 week session is a great choice for keeping your practice up. The modifications learned can be applied to any regular yoga practice so you can feel confident in joining in any class you feel comfortable in.
