Movement for Stress Resilience

In this workshop, facilitated by Yvette, you will learn how your brain and nervous system are involved in stress, anxiety, and depression. Each part in the series will include education, discussions, and movement to help you integrate and embody this wisdom. You will leave with a deeper understanding of how your body is impacted by stress and how to fortify yourself with movement and other activates that help you build resilience.
