Get to Know Nidra

Back for it’s second offering after a sold out first 4-part session! Sign-up early to secure your spot.  This class explores techniques for mind-body relaxation through guided imagery and meditation in a supportive environment. 7:30-9:00 Sundays in August is a perfect way to end your week, rested and ready for a good sleep!
