30 Day Challenge – Begins September 18
Your + your yoga mat + the hot room + goals + commitment = one excellent fall challenge!
Join us for our one and only 30 Day Challenge this fall. Many of you have been practicing consistently all summer long. Good for you! For others, fall marks the return to indoor pursuits. Either way, the 30 Day Challenge is meant to give you the motivation and support to reach your health and fitness goals. Rather than a “30 in 30 challenge” we like to use this month-long event as a time to set personal goals – Do you usually practice 1-2 x per week? What would it feel like to double it? Already practicing 4-5? Why not make it 7 for a couple of the weeks. A great goal is one that is challenging but achievable. State your goal on the sign up sheet, write it beside your name on the tracking board or just write it down in your journal and hold it close to you!
There’s an option, but fun, BINGO challenge that adds a bit of spice to your practice. Filling out the whole card gets you an entry into the prize draw. Just signing up gets you another entry and reaching your own (publicly stated) goal gets you a third. Lots of ways to be eligible for the fun prize draws at the end of the 30 days.
