I first tried yoga in order to help improve my chronic back pain.  I continue to practice because it helps me stay healthy and mobile. I find yoga to be an amazing window into my body where I am able to explore and test my body’s always shifting range of motion (ROM). In my teaching I strive to help my students explore their own ever changing bodies with curiosity and open mindedness. I am committed to ongoing learning. I have completed my training in Moksha Level 1, Moksha Flow and Yin with Bernie Clark, as well as many other workshops. I look forward to seeing you in a class so we can learn together!!!
