I came to my first hot yoga class in 1999 looking for a kick-butt workout; lucky for me, I got way more than that! Today, I still love the strength, balance and flexibility that yoga brings my body, but I am truly hooked on what this moving mediation brings my mind, heart and spirit. My daily practice helps me to find my breath, calm my ‘monkey mind’ and bring more presence to my life.
I am thrilled to have attended the Moksha Victoria 2012 training with my husband, Todd. Coming into the hot room has long been one of the best parts of my day. I’ll see you there soon, as both a student and a teacher.
