The 60 day challenge may be over but I will continue to practice at least 4 days per week. I have found that practicing at least every other day keeps me feeling good. I suffer from spinal stenosis and the only thing that has brought me some relief is my practice. Thank you to everyone at the studio for their guidance, suggestions and support.
