Well Rounded Yoga
In this 4 part Sunday series, join us for an ALL bodies class, that speaks to a fuller body, and your natural curves. Explore bringing yoga poses into your body using movement, props and/or self-adjustments in a variety of ways. In a small group setting this is an opportunity to explore and embody your uniqueness. Gather tools and ask questions to create a suportive and energizing yoga practice.
Shayla has over 900 hours of yoga training including Chair Yoga, Curvy Yoga, and Trauma Informed yoga, and is passionate about exploring yoga with others.
