Hi my name is Matthew.
I practice yoga for the balance it gives my life physically and mentally but especially for the power it has to bring all kinds of people together. I completed my 500 hour Moksha training in the summer of 2014 and my Moksha Flow trained the following year. Music holds a special place within my yoga practice and I just love sharing those precious music classes with the Burnaby community. The seven pillars of Moksha are helping guide me to a balanced life and I am currently working with the Live to Learn pillar. Knowledge holds so much power, and I find the more dedicated to the ongoing practice of learning I am, the better student and teacher I can be. See you soon at the Moksha Yoga Burnaby!
