Yin classes include mostly seated or reclined postures providing the body the opportunity to open and release. Yin poses are longĀ holds intended to relax and restore joints and muscles. ProvidesĀ of healthy balance for both active and sedentary lifestyles. Very beginner friendly!

  • 60 or 90 minute classes.
  • Some classes with music (will be written in class description).
